Return and Refund Policy

Not satisfied with your glasses or sunglasses? No problem. You can return them as outlined below. Accessories, frames, and non-prescription sunglasses, that are unused and in their original condition can also be returned as outlined below.

Full refund

A full refund can be issued if goods are returned within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them. The amount you paid will be refunded (excluding any amounts paid for shipping and taxes) to the credit card used for the original purchase. You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number before returning your goods. Orders paid for in full with store credit are eligible only for refund of the store credit amount used. For orders where both store credit and a credit card are used for payment, the credit card portion will be eligible for a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase, and the store credit portion will be refunded in the form of new store credit.

Store credits

Store credit can be issued if goods are returned within thirty (30) days from the date you receive them.

Return of discounted purchases

For products purchased during a promotional period, purchased using a promo code or coupon, the amount of refund or credit issued is limited to the amount paid in the original purchase.


Once we have processed your return request, a confirmation email will be sent outlining your refund and/or store credit. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

We are not responsible for loss of returned goods during shipping.

Manufacturing Defects

If you feel there is a defect due to the manufacturing process or manufacturing error, return the glasses within thirty (30) days of receiving for inspection. If our inspection shows an error on our part, we will remake the glasses/sunglasses for you at no charge. Defects in the Premier anti-reflective coating (AR coating) are warrantied for one (1) year from the date of receipt. Damages caused by wear and tear and not covered under warranty.

If you are returning glasses/sunglasses because of a manufacturing error, please contact us to receive a return authorization (RA) number prior to sending them to us. No returns will be processed for returns without a RA number.

Returns need to be sent to the address provided with the RA number. Glasses/sunglasses need to be returned in its entirety (frames, lenses, cases, etc.). Include a copy of the RA or include the RA number.
